REGISTRATION FEES

Full registration fee: € 200
Reduced fee (people from LDCs): € 100
Student fee: € 100 (please bring proof of current student status)
Accompanying person fee: € 100
Training session(s): € 20

The full registration fee (€ 200) includes the registration pack, all lunches, welcome party (Sunday night), social dinner (Monday night), refreshments and social activities, as indicated in the conference programme.

The accompanying person registration fee (€ 100) includes welcome party (Sunday night), social dinner (Monday night) and social programme (Tuesday evening).

Confirmation: Upon receipt of the full registration fee and all registration documents, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. There will be no confirmation for forms received after August 31: late registrants are kindly requested to bring a copy of their bank remittance with them to the conference. Registration during the conference will be possible, but will be payable only by cash (in euros) and with an additional penalty fee of € 20.

Cancellation: 80% of the fees are refundable upon written notification, which must be received by July 31. No refund will be given for notification received after July 31. All refunds will be processed after the conference.


ACCOMMODATIONS INFORMATION

Comfortable accommodations can be arranged on university premises (colleges), in single rooms with bathroom. Please note that there are very few double rooms available. They will be reserved mainly for conference participants attending with an accompanying person. Some of the colleges are historical institutions dating back to the 16th century. Rooms in colleges must be booked for at least 3 nights. Hotel accommodation can also be booked upon request. Both colleges and hotels are located within walking distance of the conference venue.

For hotel accommodations credit card information is required as a guarantee. The Conference Secretariat will reserve the room only; guests must pay for their accommodations themselves upon arrival. College accommodations must be paid for in full in advance, together with the registration fee.

Early booking (by 31 July) is strongly recommended.
